All orders require approval of final mockups before production begins. Please review all artwork, spelling, sizes, colors, and quantities carefully. We are not responsible for errors once approval is given. Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days from the date of artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Delays due to customer changes, late payment, or supply chain issues are not our responsibility. Full payment is required before production unless other arrangements are made. We accept [list payment methods: check, cash, zelle or Card payment (3% fee) Quotes are valid for 14 days. All artwork created by us remains the property of Cajun Cages unless purchased separately. We do not print copyrighted images or logos without proof of permission. We do not have a minimum order requirement -- there are price breaks with larger orders. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted. Any order changes must be submitted before production begins and may incur additional charges. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom-printed items unless there is a clear defect or mistake on our part. If you believe you received a defective product, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for misprints or damage on customer-provided items. Printing on your own garments is done at your own risk. Due to differences in screen displays and fabric types, slight color variations may occur. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible. Cajun Cages shall not be held liable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid for the order.
